What to do with pork mince?

Italian Pork relish loaf

Ingredients
500g Pork Mince
2 slices wholegrain toast bread
1/2 cup tomato relish or chutney
2 medium tomatoes, diced
100g pitted olives
2 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs
2 tablespoons tomato relish or chutney
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place all ingredients except last two tablespoons tomato relish in a food processor and pulse until all ingredients well mixed.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and fill with the pork mixture.
Spread remaining relish on top and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool then slice and serve with an Italian pasta salad, cherry tomatoes and a green salad

Nepalese Pork Mince Curry

2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons garam masala
3 cloves garlic, crushed
4cm piece fresh ginger (20g), grated
2 medium brown onions (300g), chopped finely
800g pork mince
½ cup (125ml) water
¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander

Heat oil in large frying pan; cook seeds, stirring, about 2 minutes or until seeds pop. Add cumin, turmeric and garam masala; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.

Add garlic, ginger and onion to pan; cook, stirring, until onion softens. Add mince; cook, stirring, until cooked through. Add the water; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in coriander.

I find pork mince makes the best patties for home amde burgers.

I like to fry some onions in a frypan, add mince, garlic, ginger, chilli, S&P, oyster sauce, cabbage, carrots, choy sum or whatever veges you want and have it with rice and kecap manis. Yum :)

Thanks every one for the suggestions! ! I ended up making bbq sauce meat loaf. Next time I will try the san choy bow. Looks interesting on youtube!
