Naan Bread

Can some one please tell me how to get the thin Naan bread like you get from Indian restaurants. I make them but they are a centre metre or so thick I would like to be able to make the nice thin ones.

Add more water to your dough to make it easier to roll thin.

Make a soft dough and then be sure to leave it for a good hour or so before you try to roll it out - the resting time is necessary to allow the gluten to soften and become stretchy enough to roll thin. Then, just like pizza dough, you can get it thin or thick as you like.

The naan bread we get from our local Indian restaurants isn't thin - chapatis and roti are thin, naan bread is thicker
