Got this pack of frozen fish fillets want to know what yummy dish one could do with them! something easy sort of but something different than a Fish pie!

I was about to say Fish Cakes! what about a topping on top of the fish fillets! bread crumbs and herbs with a little oil to blend flicks out of my mind with a nice herby white sauce over it at serving! What does everyone think abotu that!

Depends on the kind of fish, blue cod or orange roughy is nice panfried with a lemon herb sauce, cheesy lemon topping baked in the oven, or panko crumb fish pan fry and serve with a nice salsa orsalad.

If it hasn't been frozen for yonks, and if you defrost it in salt water (either sea water, or tap water with salt added) then you can treat it as fresh fish.
