Butterscotch sauce-what do I do with heaps of left

I have heaps of butterscotch sauce leftover from when my visiting SIL made it to accompany her sticky date pudding - almost a 2 litre icecream box full.What can I do with it!

Make a homemade ice cream & mix it through for a butterscotch ice cream - yum!

freeze it in smaller amounts!
