If fillets just fry in flour and butter. My favourite fish hands down.Steaks not so nice to me.

What state is it in! Fillets, steaks or what!
A pie seems a shame to me if you could steam, fry or bake it . You can make a pie with a tinned fish just as well and much cheaper.

A huge fillet could be cut up into pieces and fried. Or steamed chines way with ginger, soy sauce and lots of veges on top. Or baked in the oven with a lovely sauce on top.
Would love to hear how this turned out! Getting my own kingfish tomorrow -all going well.
