we have moved and moving again so have just unpacked basic items and one of them is not my stash of recipe books with Annabels ice-cream recipe, would someone kindly post it here I can remember its 3 bowls seperate eggs. I have taken 3 eggs out of the fridge and purchased cream but cant remember the quantities .TIA

I beat the whites until stiff adding !3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat the cream. Beat the yokes and add 3 tablespoons oof sugar. Melt brown sugar and mixed with crushed cornflakes. Place half on bottom of pie, place the mixed 3 bowls on top and then place the rest of the crumbs on the surface and freeze. This done from memory and I have made this for years, long before Annabelle made it. othing new under the sun.
