Not sure why I used a recipe that you didnt cream the butter and sugar. Plus not ripe bananas.
It looks so pale.and flat.I was thinking of cutting it in half and using 1/2 of my lemon / cream cheese icing as a filling. Any other ideas please. I have cocoa, passionfruit.

Use it to make a bread and butter pudding ( the cake takes the place of the buttered bread).

cut in half, a little thinly spread raspberry jam, then sliced banana;s and top with cream add top layer and either cream or dust really well with icing sugar. the cream cheese icing may make it too sickly sweet for some.
