Toast bread until lightly browned get a fresh garlic clove and peel it, rub it on the toast lightly while warm try not rub too hard so it doesn't tear the surface, take a heaped teaspoon of butter and melt in micro wave for 20 sec spread it on the toast and sprinkle a little salt, thats it ,yummy!
