i bought a $5 mini (individial size) lamb roast from mad butcher that im going to have tommorrow night, how would i roast it! temps and times etc. i have a fan bake oven and a metal roasting tray. it looks kinda like a fancy lamb shank i guess is the best way to describe it! looks like this but a bit smaller, prob 6cm by 5cm, i duno lol but i want a yummy juicy lamb and i dont know the 1st thing about roasting meat let alone a wee one!
It wont take long to cook. maybe cook it in a roasting bag so it doesnt dry out
