Cutting chocolate covered slices

Hi,
Having trouble cuttingslices that have a melted chocolate topping without it shattering. Your advice please! I have tried heating the knife, but that is still hit and miss.

Putting a teaspoon of Kremelta in with the chocolate seems to help as well.

I add a knob of butter or a dash of cream,stops it setting real hard!
