I have had a look back through the search, but haven't found the recipe I am looking for - carrots, orange and something else . . . slivered almonds! Not onion. Maybe just that. Not sure what I'm asking really, perhaps just ideas. Thanks all.

I do carrots and apple (peeled) both grated finely in a yoghurt/mayo dressing with cider vinegar and a few chopped onions, salt and pepper.
