What to do with broad beans

discovered that the beans the kids were growing at school are broad beans
having not eaten them before any recipes would be appreciated!

I have them in a salad, beans, feta, red onion, pasta and make a dressing with balsamic ving, lemon oil, salt pepper seeded mustard, sugar, shake in a jar and pour over.yumo
