Looking for a recipe for SALSA made with Tomato and Green Peppers/Capsicum
I made Roasted Red Pepper Relish today but want to use up my green capsicims and I would like to make a really nice Salsa, but am having trouble finding "The" recipe!Can anyone help me out here! TIA

I don't know if this is the recipe you want but it's how I make it.
Finely dice capsicum, dice tomatoes, dice red onion, slice spring onion, finely slice a deseeded green chilli, roughly chop a huge load of coriander.Mix together with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste.
