Hi just very lucky to get some fresh blue cod given to us.I would like to BBQ cook or just in a oven (prefer not to fry it).Any ideas.Thank you

wrap in tin foil, dob with butter, chopped dill or parsley, and lemon pepper, bake and eat it doesn't take long to cook so watch it
