Like the supermarket used to do. With shrimp and surimi! Any ideas would be helpful :)

You've probably done it now. But I use surimi, prawns, finely sliced spring onions, cooked shell pasta, and half and half thousand island dressing/mayonnaise. You can also add capsicum etc. for extra colour.
