Size of eggs for Cloud Cake

The recipe says two egg whites and as I only have size 6 eggs, how many should I use.

chelot, as lilyfield has advised IMO you'd need only the egg whites of 2 size 6 eggs.Have a look at the following:-

There you'll see that there is obviously very little difference in the capacity of the egg whites in size 6 and size 7 eggs i.e. the advice is that you would need 7 Size 7 egg whites to fill 1 cup and only 8 Size 6 egg whites to fill the same cup.
