My dad just loves custard and carnt have dairy does anyone have a recipe for non dairy custard.

Flan de naranja (Spanish Orange Custard)
serves 4 - 6
6 egg yolks 150g sugar 360 ml fresh orange juice (about 3 large oranges)
Heat oven to 150 C.
Whisk yolks with sugar until thick and creamy.Gradually beat in juice.Pour into shallow mould or ramekins and place in a roasting tin.Pour in water to come halfway up sides of moulds.Place in centre of oven and bake 90 min.
Serve cold with fruit.

Custard powder is dairy free, just use soy milk.
