500g baby mushrooms 1 tbsp Olive oil 2 cloves garlic crushed 1/3 cup Olive oil (extra) 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp chopped parsley Place the cleaned mushrooms into a bowl.Heat the oil in pan, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to pan and mix well.Pour over mushrooms cover and refrigerate for severalhours or overnight
