I have just been given heaps of off cuts from them slices ideas please of what to make and how to go about it

if off cuts from cooked which I presume they are, We just eat as is. otherwise you could put through a food processor and use as biscut crumbs.

crumb and use in truffles. Lots of truffle recipes on search here.

Yes it iscooked the edges,I have just made ginger truffles with cream cheese andwill coat in chocolateseem to taste ok at this point

Mini plum puddings truffles are nice from the Belgium slice crumbs.
I've just made truffles from the recipe given here this morning with the ginger crunch crumbs and that is yummy also.
You can also add butter and sugar to make a crumble to put over fruit for a fruit crumble.
