Is there such a thing, is there a particular white chocolate that is best to use for cooking!

As far as eating goes, Willie's white chocolate is the best. From the UK, It even smells like cocoa.

I use the signature range white choc buttons if I'm cooking/ melting the choc.

there's a difference, if you check the ingredients, between white chocolate and "other". White chocolate such as Whittakers has cocoa butter in it, whereas a product such as Milky Bar is not called white chocolate because it contains vege fat rather than cocoa butter. I can taste the difference myself.

I use Whittaker's plain white chocolate for baking.

Just be careful that you don't inadvertently grab the Whittaker's white chocolate with macadamia nuts - they both have a white picture on the wrapper.

Yep I use Whittaker's too, don't like compound "chocolate".
