Am making a delicious Cobb Salad for Dinner on Fri night - lettuce, Bacon, blue cheese, avocado etc.what dressing could I make for it! Many Thanks

I would make a mustard vinaigrette with 4 parts extra virgin olive oil, 1 part red wine vinegar,Dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
As far as I know the original Cobb Salad dressing was a vinaigrette flavoured with mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
