Annabel Langbein's Apple 'fritters'?

Think on last Sat. Apples chopped put in a batter and fried quickly in oil.
Has anyone please got this recipe.just batter will do.

My hubby made some while the programme was still on. Yummy.He cant remember the recipe, but i think it was simple batter offlour, bp, milk, sugar and cinammon.might be on her website.

I made these the other day, but I pan fried them instead of deep frying them. They were like little apple cakes andwere yummy tossed in the cinnamon sugar.
