Hi, does anyone have a choc icing recipe that is ideal. The biscuits are very good butmyricing is too sweet !

i make an 85% ganache for mine, makes them extra rich :) 1:2 cream:chocolate

4 heaped tablspoon sifted icing sugar, 1 heapedtablespoon cocoa, 1 tsp butter, mix with a little boiling water at a time till able to spread on the afghans.I have been using this recipe for yrs on all cakes and biscuits.
