Don't see why no, just make sure you use LOTS of gravy as pork dries out heaps when you reheat it.

filling for ravioli a bit of diced onion some gravy or stock to moisten some fresh chopped sage season and fill the ravioli.
Make your own Pasta sheet for the best Ravioli its easy just google for instructions.
