Hi all. Has anyone one here had a go at doing crystallized fruit or peel! I've been having a snoop around google for recipes as I'm keen to try this for Christmas treats. Would love to know of anyone else's success, failures, tips, what not to do etc. Thanks in advance. Mrs tlh
