can you heat the bain marie dishes full of food in the oven and then put into the bain marie or are you going to transfer the food from one dish into the bain marie dish! You can do mac cheese, lasagne, cottage pie, savoury mince, stews, curries. are these the sort of dishes you are looking for!

thanks ngacooky but no i cant have any food that requires to be cooked in an oven, only on a stove top then put in bain marie to keep warm.
