I have so much fruit yoghurt and it is soon going to go bad, any baking or other ideas!

Use it in muffins, cakes and even bread.

Whip it until it's doubled in volume and then freeze it - cheaper than the ready made version but if you don't beat it first it is too solid to eat while it's still frozen.
