Thickened Cream?

So what is thickened cream and where do I buy it!I have seen it in alot of Australian recipes

Any supermarket will have it.It is lower fat than plain cream and thickened with (I think) gelatine.Look for it in the chiller next to plain cream.

It is in a tub (like sour cream) rather than a bottle (like regular cream)

At our supermarket in the milk/ cream fridge
