What's the best way to treat it once it is baked!I take it out of the tin and cover it with a tea-towel, but is that the best thing to do!Tips and heads-up welcomed.

If you want a soft crust - cover it with towel to keep the steam in. Nice and crisp crust- don,t.
I like my bread hard and tuff , so it never ever goes into a plastic bag, unless I want to freeze it. If you like yours soft, store airtight.
