Anyone know of a good one, or could post a link for me :-) please, want to make garlic breas for dinner tonight and have the yeast has expired, so any help would be greatly appreciated

Yeast doesn't usually die, mix some with some warm waterand sugar and check if it still works.

I still use my yeast if expired and hope for the best.I don't seem to make enough bread/yeast products before the container expires.

There is not really a yeast less bread - except flat breads which do not rise.
So prove your yeast and see if it rises.

What about a baking powder or soda bread! Neither of those need yeast.
