Wow we have been sick of the same old same old.but last night I had some chicken mince and thought what can I do (normally I grate Zucchini in and make chicken burgers) but this time I grated in pumpkin, added Thai Red curry paste and coriander and the burgers were amazing ! So watch out Annabel !
