What type of meatloaf recipe do you need iluvboilup!
Just mince! or mince+ sausagemeat! or just sausagemeat! and if mince - which meat(s)!
I have recipes that fit all of those categories and am happy to post whichever you need.:-))

Last week I made a Curried Meatloaf recipe using beef mince - it was delicious, so does that appeal to you!

Here is another popular one in our home and even those who are not so keen on cottage cheese have been known to really enjoy this loaf + the cottage cheese makes 500g mince go a lot further.

COTTAGE CHEESE MEAT LOAF
500g lean mince
1 tbsp prepared mild mustard
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup tomato sauce
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp finely chopped or grated onion
1 cup (1 x 250g pottle) cottage cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Combine all the ingredients, except the parmesan cheese, then press the mixture into a greased 23cm x 15cm loaf tin.
Bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and top with the parmesan cheese.
Return to the oven for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven again and allow to stand for about 5 minutes - for ease of cutting. Serve hot or cold.:-))

Here's my family's favourite:
Meat Loaf (Microwave)
500 gm mince meat
½ cup rolled oats
1 egg lightly beaten
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 small onion
salt/pepper
1 dsp worcester sauce
1 tsp beef Maggi stock

Combine all ingredients and place in loaf pan. (I use a ring pan.)

Optional Tomato Sauce-

1 Tbsp tomato paste (I use tomato sauce and sometimes sweet chilli sauce)
1 dsp dark soy sauce
½ tsp curry powder
1 Tbsp honey

Combine all ingredients and pour on top of meat loaf before cooking.

Cover and cook 8 mins on High.(Mine takes more like 10 mins, but it is a slower oven.)
You can serve it hot, but nicer cold.

I made a meatloaf very recently and honestly it was superb! I made up my own recipe and used 50/50 pork mince and premium beef mince. Will always use both pork and beef in future.it was DELICIOUS and nice and moist too.
