Feral goat recipe

i have alot of feral goats at moment and wondered what was a good way of cooking them they are still alive at moment i have never eaten goat before so would like to try some they are smaller 1 year olds

Agree with beaker.The leg roasts are really nice steam or slow-roasted, with garlic, rosemary, olive oil and sea salt.That's our family's favourite way.Older meat (2+ years) is best made into sausage, if you can find someone who makes god smallgoods in your area.We're lucky that we have a butcher in the area who specialises in smallgoods of wild-caught animals, and he has some beautiful pepperoni, chorizo, andouille, and kielbasa recipes that he uses when we have older goat meat needing processing.

yes, definitely roasted, mmmmm takes me back many years ago to my hippy years lol.

I'd be looking at a slow cooked curry.Any lamb curry recipe should work.
