Dana's chocolate cake - should be on here somewhere, it's a great cake, moist but fairly "solid" so would be OK with fondant on it

Found it - I made two this weekend - one for school, one for rescue volunteers but iced with butter cream
danas decadent chocolate cake
1 and 2/3 cup flour one and 1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup cocoa 100g softened butter dash vanilla essence 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 2 eggs 1 and 1/2 cups milk
mix EVERYTHING together at once!
bake for 50 mins at 180c
the icing =
100g melted butter 250g icing sugar 1/3 cup cocoa milk to mix

This is the best chocolate cake recipe.So chocolatey and moist.Always a hit.
