Soup - Using Bacon Bones

Hi.I cooked up my bacon bones and stripped the meat and reserved the meat.I scooped off as much fat as I could.I refrigerated the reserved liquid overnight.I have now scooped off any remaining fat on the top, there was very little. But the reserved liquid is now like gelatine!!Is it supposed to look and have the consistency of gelatine! Help! Please! And will this still be a reasonably healthy soup once I have added a gazzillion vegetables to it!

that's normal to look like that when cold

Gelatine comes out of meat bones (it's actually how they make the packet gelatine for setting desserts and whatnot) so that's normal, and yes, healthy. It is protein, but not fat!
