Crockpot/Slow Cooker Quick Question

Is it okay to use frozen meat in a Crockpot!I forgot to get my meat out today and want to put it in tomorrow morning, for tea tomorrow night.So just wondering if it's okay to cook meat from frozen in the Crockpot.They are Lamb Chops for a casserole.

I usually thaw it out.But will they not thaw overnight!

I usually thaw in the fridge the day before, I suppose I could leave them on the bench overnight.Just in the habit of thawing in the fridge as I used to have a cat that would get into any food left on the bench so fridge was way safer!

I defrost all meat, except mince, I find mince cooked from frozen holds together better and doesnt go mushy.

I leave ours in microwave during the day to defrost ot overnight for the slow cooker in the morning, would never be defrosted if it was left in the fridge!

cooking from frozen will be fine.i use frozen meat in mine.
