I don't think you went back to the thread you started on page 2. This is what I wrote to you. Demon6pricess, it looks to me that you must have a ciabatta bread recipe? I have been trying to find one, would be grateful for it if you have one that is reliable. TIA I freeze all bread I don't use the day it is made, warms up like fresh in the MW. Or toast frozen! I have also frozen dough until needed - needs time to get to room temperature though.
