neck chops

can someone please tell me how to cook them thanks

they are stewing chops recipe here:
6 or more neck chops or 500gm stewing steak, 1onion chopped, 1Tbsp each of the following; plain flour, sugar, tomato sauce, vinegar, ½tsp each of mustard and curry powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Put all into a casserole dish/slow cooker/large pot add ½-1cup water or stock.
Cook 150C for around 2 hours or on stove until meat tender and falls off bone, or 4-6 hours on low in slowcooker.
Thicken if necessary. You can add vegies to this to make a one pot dinner. I usually serve over rice or couscous

The chops will improve by setting the fat, removing it and cooking it up the next day for dinner. . a can of peas , without the mint , added to the neck chops will give it zip... . enjoy.
