Coconut Truffles: 3 table spoons soft butter,2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 cup icing sugar,1/2 cup sultanas,1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence, coconut. Cream butter and icing sugar, add cocoa then vanilla and fruit. Mix all together, roll into balls and cover in coconut.Put into the fridge to set. Hope this recipe will be of some help.
