I saw it at binn inn yesterday and its just full of chemicals but it tastes soooo good. Anyone know a good recipe that actually has lemons in it! I don't want the lemon butter. I saw it had coconut oil in it - thats one ingredient i do have. So I'm thinking lemon juice, possibly some rind, sugar, coconut oil.

Why not try making lemon curd, using coconut oil instead of butter.
