I have never cooked veal before and dont know how to cook it and dont have any recipes - someone told me its nice with a cream sauce, there must be other ingredients

I just roast it the same way as I would roast a piece of pork because the texture is closer to pork than beef surprisingly.It's a very mild flavour so would be good with a flavoured sauce - red wine and mushroom would be my choice but that's because we don't really like creamy sauces in our house.
