I just dip mine in egg and breadcrumbs and lightly fry them.

Same as lulu but I quickly deep fry them in hot oil... dont overdo or they become like rubber. . :}

I chopped mine up, made a batter, and had lovely sweetbread fritters. Just fry in a little oil.
