Pork middle roast?

I bought this at pak n sav on the weekend, it's a big chuck of meat and I am not sure what to do with it! It says Pork Middle Roast - by the looks of it it has fleshy meat on one side and fat on the other! How would i cook!! Thanks:)

Not sure what you are asking, mattdylan.
Roast with skin side up.
score the skin and rub with salt.

The safest and easiest way to roast a big lump of pork is long and slow.Season it well all over with salt and pepper, roast at 150 C in a covered oven dish for about five hours.
