could anyone tell me how to use and cook a omelet in one of those white microwave omelet gadgets that flips open and shut.

Might be a bit late for you but here are the instructions from the actual omelette maker. Lightly beat 2 eggs and 2 Tbsp water. grease omelette maker and pour mix evenly into both sides. Leave lid open and place in microwave. cook on high for 30 seconds.Stir from outside to inside and continue to cook for 40 seconds on high. Remove from oven and add equal amounts of filling on both sides. cook on high for 90 seconds. Flip to fold in half. gently slide omelette onto plate and serve.
