ideas for nice fillings for sushi never made it before but keen to learn.We have smoked salmon in the deep freeze do i need to cook it and what sauces and garnishings would I use .Hope for nice recipes

learnt to make sushi from here using gladwrap to roll. Raw salmon,ginger,avocado, mayo is my favourite.If you type in search function recipes sushi, last year heaps of threads there.
