Seem to have a collection in the freezer and no idea of nice way to use them to reduce some of the fat from them too.

Take the bone out & fill with stuffing, They are great cooked in the crockpot, these are so yummy but can be bit fatty on the outside layer, however they are scrumpiuos when cold cut into slices with relish. (-:

Mmmm, even our dogs won't eat them. We tell the butcher not to include them!

Just trim off any excess fat put a layer of stuffing on top, roll up, secure with skewers or string and roast. No fat, oil or water added. Absolutely yummy!

Yep, rub oil garlic s/p on them before browning in a hot pan, then sit on a upturned saucer in c/p to keep them out of the fat, drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the meat and leave till cook.

The fat drips off when roasting them on a rack, and stuffed they're tasty.
