Hello - I have quite a bit of curry left over from last night (there are only 2 of us in the house.) have had for lunch and dinner.other than freezing it.what can I make with it!

As #4 suggests, I do mashed potatoes, cover, add grated cheese on top of potatoes & heat through in the oven as a pie. Place under grill to brown before serving

the last leftover curry I whizzed down and used as a base with pumpkin etc for a very tasty soup!

To make two pies.One sheet of flakey pastry, divide down the middle, wet edges, fill with left overs, seal and bake in oven.A very quick tasty pie and you know what is in it.
