I want to make some sort of savoury tart for a dinner party entree.What flavour combinations would be nice.I am thinking of smoked chicken and brie but other ideas would be great.Also what would be a nice sauce or garnish!

Creamy Leek and blue cheese. Sorry don't have a recipe, but a friend made some mini tarts with this filling last week, and it was devine. The original recipe was for 1larger tart. I would serve with a small salad.

I have used this recipe with success. I don't like sundried tomatoes so substituted finely sliced mushrooms and tarragon for the oregano.
