has anyone got either the New Zealand baker or Global baker - are either of them worth buying! or can anyone recommend a really good bread/pastry cook book (am starting to get into baking bread and I love recipe books). cheers

Im inclined to say no, but thats just me. You can check out peter rinehart's bread books.
