Im just wondering if I can use the pulp left from making carrot juice, for making carrot cake.

if you have only put it through the juicer once you could but if you put the pulp through twice you get a lot more juice out of it . this cant be used for cakes because it goes like saw dust .you can also add an apple its good dug into the garden

I do this all the time, you'd be surprised how much juice you get 2nd time through.
